Executive Coaching

I am often asked to describe my executive coaching process. I am a woman of unique talents. I excel at nurturing talent and greatness in others. I am told my motivational techniques are extraordinary. Even a successful individual like yourself feels the need to elevate to the next level. But as you know, what got you here won't get you there. Something is missing. Competing at extreme levels requires extreme discipline and a system of support. Left to your own devices, you'll continue to get more of what you currently have. A professional like myself can help you break through your limitations and level up.

My coaching process consists of three phases:

  • Acceptance: You must first radically accept who you are and what you desire. It serves no good to live in denial of your nature and what you crave. You'll only continue to fight against yourself. I will give you a safe place to embrace who you are and what is.

  • Action: I'll develop an action plan for you to improve yourself, center your desires, and heighten your satisfaction—personal, professional, or otherwise.

  • Accountability: You will be accountable to me in completing the plan. I demand rigorous adherence; when you adhere to my training, you'll be rewarded. When you stray, consequences will be administered. Whether you respond best to praise or punishment, I am highly skilled in a wide array of motivational modalities: verbal and somatic, pain and pleasure, depravation and reward. Your needs are unique. I will design something bespoke just for you. The specifics of the plan will be discussed during our intake call.

Closing Counsel

As an executive coach, I am highly selective with people I choose to work with. The bond we share will be unique. I bring my best to every encounter and I do not tolerate my time being wasted. You must be a good fit for me as I take a lot of pleasure in my work.
